Reorganisation of ACS
Junior Sinclair has now been promoted to head the Computer Division, ACS after having worked with the company since its establishment. Junior Sinclair together with Dominic Chan Mow have built up a competent and responsive team to service the clients of the company.As part of the new reorganisation, the ACS team will be oferring to its commercial clients its EMERGENCY SERVICE which will allow the clients to keep to the minimum the downtime for their computer systems in the event of any faults. The children and adult classes are now open for enrolment for the first half of 2000.

This course has become popular with those people who are planning to move to New Zealand. The certificate which is recognised throughout New Zealand makes it easy for the NZ employers to assess the competency of the applicants from Samoa.
Enrolment for NZ National Certificate in Computing 2 has now started for the 2000 year.
there will be classes on the use of the internet and distant learning will be explored for NZQA classes.
AlliancesACS formalised in December 1998 an Alliance with NZ Software Learning Ltd to launch the NZ National Certificate in Computing 2, in Samoa since 1999.
