BESO arranges voluntary, non-profit assignments through which experienced business people assist small and medium size businesses in developing countries on specific problems. The aim of BESO is to assist in the development of indigenous skills and expertise.

3. Criteria :
Small to medium sized business, organisations and institutions in developing countries. They must be wholly or substantially locally owned.
