Our corporate facility houses a state of the art training facility with 20 Computers connected by a Novell 4.11 & NT network.Advanced Computer Solutions support and training staff have been working in the computer industry for close to 10 years and have extensive PC experience.
We offer a full range of coursework that can be customized to meet the needs of both the Children , Adults and our Corporate clientele.
Introductory courses are available for Windows 95 :Microsoft WinWord 97, Microsoft Excel 97 Specialised courses are also available for networking, system integration, Internet usage, home page development, off the shelf software packages and custom software applications. The Training Philosophy of Advanced Computer Solutions classroom training is performance based. Students participate on individual personal computers as an instructor demonstrates various tasks that are provided in the training manual. Questions that arise during the hands-on sessions are addressed by the instructor immediately. A student is encouraged to present questions, pose problems and inquire about skills that pertain to their individual job performance. We believe in a holistic learning style that encompasses: motivation, information, practice, and follow-up. We believe that motivation is the key to a positive learning environment.
